Queen Bees win their 8th consecutive league title with an away win at Swindon.

The Queen Bees were in Swindon on Easter Sunday to take on the Topcats for their fourth and final meeting of the 18/19 regular season.

Bracknell were in the hunt to seal their 8th consecutive league title, knowing a win at Swindon would clinch this with 5 games to go. However it was going to a tough test with only 9 players due to injuries and unavailability.

The Queen Bees came out strong with two first period goals from Emily Harris and Lucy Beal. Abbie Sylvester added a third in the second period, short handed to make it 3-0. The third period saw a flurry of late goals to take the tally to 6-0, from Harris, Newman and Laffitte.

Player of the game was Abbie Sylvester, recording 1+2. Sam Bonathan recorded her fifth shut out of the campaign.

A huge achievement for Bracknell to clinch their 8th league title in a row, with 5 games left to play!
